Business Process Management in a Company
Abstract:
Cílem práce je zjistit míru využívání procesního řízení v podniku, cíle a postupy procesního řízení, preferované procesy, procesy s největšími rezervami, využívání SW podpory procesního řízení, přínosy podle názorů manažerů. Dále provést vlastní kritickou analýzu. Navrhnout a rozpracovat vybraná konkrétní opatření ke zlepšení procesního řízení v podniku.

The main aim of this dissertation is find to explotation with the Business Process Management in a Company, the main and goings to the Business Process Management in a Company, preferring process, the process with the hight reserves, exploitation SW subsidies the Process Management and opinions of the manager.
