Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuálními trendy srovnávací genomiky modelových i kulturních druhů čeledě Poaceae. V práci jsou shrnuty informace o genomech významných zástupců této čeledě a současné poznatky o jejich evoluci a o syntenii jednotlivých druhů. The thesis deals with the current trends of comparative genomics of models and crops from the family Poaceae. The thesis summarizes information about significant cereal genomes and knowledge about their evolution and synteny.
