Personality and the music style preferences
Abstract:
Tato práce sleduje souvislosti osobnostních charakteristik v kontextu teorie PSI Julia Kuhla a preference hudebního stylu. Užitím statistické analýzy dat bylo několik souvislostí nalezeno. Vedlejším produktem práce byla zjištění, že normy testu PSSI jsou problematické a že je komplikované jednoznačně operacionalizovat jednotlivé hudební styly. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with correlations between personality traits as defined by the PSI theory of Julius Kuhl and music style preferences. Several correlations were found using statistical analysis. In addition, the results showed that the PSSI test norms are problematic and that it is difficult to define individual music styles.
