Design of a Control System for the Extraction of Proteins from Fats in the Production of Biodiesel\nl{}

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá odsolováním mázdry, která je jedna z doplňujících zdrojů pro výrobu bionafty. Aby bylo možné mázdru použít, je třeba odstranit netukové složky. Odsolování je nutné z ekonomického důvodu, neboť cena vyrobené nafty z mázdry, je méně nákladná, oproti vyrobené naftě z řepkového oleje.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with desalination of fleshing, which is one of the additional sources for biodiesel production. It is indispensable to remove the folder lean in order to use fleshing. Desalination is important for economic reasons, as the price of diesel fuel made from fleshing is less expensive in comparison to diesel made from rapeseed oil.
