Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na lázeňské služby pro nový segment zákazníků, pacienty s post-COVID syndromem. Teoretická část slouží jako úvod do problematiky lázeňství, představuje význam a přínosy oboru. Dále popisuje lázeňské služby a problematiku segmentace. Praktická část se zabývá aktuální situací v lázních a povědomím veřejnosti o chodu lázeňských zařízení v době pandemie.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the spa services for a new segment od costumers, patients with post-COVID syndrome. The theoretical part serves as an introduction to the issue of spa, represents importance and benefits of the specialization. It also describe spa services and segmentation issue.
