Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na řízení vztahů se zákazníky a jejich podporu systémem Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. Cílem práce je naprogramovat aplikaci pro odvádění práce a popsat nástroje a technologie dostupné při její tvorbě.
Abstract:
Bachelor's thesis is focused on customer relationship management supported by Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. The goal of work is to create an aplication for recording progress of work and to describe used tools and technologies which are available for aplication development.
