Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku, vlastnosti, výrobu a využití různých druhů čokolád. Při zkoumání problematiky a pro splnění cíle práce je využita metoda dotazníkového šetření. The bachelor thesis is focused on the characteristics, production, and use of different types of chocolates.
