Abstract:

Úvod: Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice vzdělávání sester v oblasti managementu, v teoretické části byla využita analýza současného stavu vzdělávání všeobecných sester na středoškolské a vyšší odborné úrovni a byly popsány teoretické poznatky managementu jako součást vzdělávání sester. Cíl práce: Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo zjištění postojů a zhodnocení dosažených informací studentů v rámci výuky managementu napříč jednotlivými druhy škol. Metodika: Byla využita metoda nestandardizovaného anonymního dotazníkového šetření, která obsahovala 15 otázek různého typu, které se týkaly znalostí a postojů studentů. Vyhodnocená data byla ověřena statistickou metodou Chí-kvadrátu a byla vytvořena SWOT analýza dané problematiky. Výsledky: Bylo zjištěno, že hlavní postoj studentů je spíše negativní k dané problematice, nemají zájem rozšiřovat své znalosti přesněji v 61,9 % všech dotazovaných. Jejich rozšířené odpovědi vykazovali, že daný postoj k managementu vnímají pouze jako vedoucí funkci, proto mají pocit, že pro ně je vzdělávání v managementu nepotřebné. Dalším překvapivým zjištěním bylo, že studenti nemají znalosti v oblasti svých dosažených kompetencí a jejich využití v praxi. Závěr: Na základě dosažených informací a postojů studentů byl vytvořen návrh doporučení pro praxi pro nové vzdělávání studentů zdravotnických škol v managementu, jež má komplexní dopad na rozvoj a organizaci zdravotnictví v ČR.

Abstract:

Introduction: the thesis is devoted to the problem of nurse education in the field of management, the theoretical part was used to analyze the current state of education of general nurses at secondary and higher professional level and the theoretical knowledge of management as part of nurse education was described. Aim of the thesis: The main aim of the thesis was to identify the attitudes and evaluate the information achieved by students in management education across different types of schools. Methodology: To achieve the main aim of the thesis, a non-standardized anonymous questionnaire survey method was used, which included 15 questions of different types regarding students' knowledge and attitudes. The evaluated data was verified by statistical Chi-square method and a SWOT analysis of the issue was made. Results: After overall evaluation it was found that the main attitude of the students is rather negative towards the issue, they are not interested to increase their knowledge more precisely in 61.9% of all respondents. Their extended responses showed that they perceived the given attitude towards management only as a management function, therefore they feel that management education is unnecessary for them. Another surprising finding was that the students were not knowledgeable about their acquired competencies and their application in practice. Conclusion: Based on the information obtained and the attitudes of the students, a recommendation for practice was made, which is essential for the new management education of medical school students, which has a comprehensive impact on the development and organization of the health sector in the country.
