Abstract:

Abstrakt Ve své bakalářské práci na téma Přístup ergoterapeuta k nácviku soběstačnosti v různých fázích po operaci TEP kyčle se zabývám potřebami pacientů v různých fázích po této operaci. Úvod: popisuji důvod výběru daného tématu pro svou bakalářskou práci a rozbor několika zahraničních studií, týkajících se TEP kyčelního kloubu. Cíl práce: shrnuji teoretické poznatky anatomie, kineziologie a problematiku totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. V praktické části uvádím kazuistiky pacientů včetně vstupního a výstupního ergoterapeutické vyšetření, stanovuji krátkodobý a dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán. Prezentuji potřebu ergoterapeutické intervence v různých obdobích po operaci TEP kyčelního kloubu. Výsledky: porovnávám výsledky mezi vstupním a výstupním ergoterapeutickým vyšetřením u pacientů s TEP kyčelního kloubu. Diskuse: zobecňuji doporučení pohledem ergoterapeuta vzhledem k životnímu stylu pacienta. Závěr: zhodnocuji důležitost a využití ergoterapeutické intervence v jakémkoliv období po operaci kyčelního kloubu. Použité zdroje a přílohy: v poslední části mé práce uvádím zdroje z kterých jsem čerpala a v přílohách prezentuji fotografie doplňující mou práci.

Abstract:

Summary In my bachelor's thesis on the topic of: The occupational therapist's approach to the training of self-sufficiency in various phases after Total Hip Alloplastic surgery I deal with the needs of patients in various stages after this surgery. Introduction: I describe the reason for choosing the topic for my bachelor's thesis and analysis of several foreign studies related to Total Hip Alloplastic surgery. Objective: I summarize the theoretical knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology and the issue of total hip arthroplasty. In the practical part I present case reports of patients, including initial and output occupational therapy examination, I determine short-term and long-term occupational therapy plan. I present the need for occupational therapy intervention in different periods after Total Hip Alloplastic surgery. Results: I compare the results between input and output occupational therapy examination in patients with hip arthroplasty. Discussion: I generalize the recommendations from the perspective of an occupational therapist with regard to the patient's lifestyle. Conclusion: I evaluate the importance and use of occupational therapy intervention in any period after hip surgery. Sources and appendices used: in the last part of my bachelor's thesis I present the sources from which I drew and in the appendices I present photographs supplementing my bachelor's thesis
