Competitive environment in the microbrewery market
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza zhromážděných dat o výrobě piva a historii pivovarnictví v ČR. Konkrétním malým pivovarům v Moravskosleském kraji je pozornost věnována v analytické části práce, kde blíže specifikujeme jejich výrobu a podnikatelskou strategii.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the collected data on the production of beer and brewing history in the Czech Republic and its subsequent development until today, where we examine the competitive environment of the selected organizations.
