The adaptation process NLZP in a medical facility

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou adaptačního procesu nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Teoretická část popisuje adaptaci a strukturu adaptačního procesu, jeho cíl, vlastní provedení, hodnocení, časový plán, ukončení, rizika a adaptaci na roli sestry. Definuje pracovní spokojenost, mentorství a roli mentora v adaptačním procesu. Ve výzkumné části je prezentován adaptační proces ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení, jeho zhodnocení vycházející z výsledku kvalitativního výzkumného šetření. Na základě získaných informacích je zhodnocena kvalita a efektivnost provádění adaptačního procesu a navržena doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of adaptation proces of non-medical health workers in the health care facility. The theoretical part describes the adaptation and structure of the adaptation proces, its aim, its own implementation, evaluation, timing, ternation, risk and adaptation to the role of the nurse. It defines work satisfaction, mentoring and mentor role in the adaptation proces. The research part presents and adaptation process in a research medical facility, its evaluation based on the result of a qualitative research survey. On the basis of the information obtained, the quality and efficiency of the adaptation process are assessed, and at the end of the thesis there is a recommendation for the medical device.
