Furanon je běžný strukturní motiv vyskytující se v mnoha přírodních látkách vyznačujících se rozmanitou biologickou aktivitou. Furanone is a common structural motif found in many natural products possessing diverse biological activities. This thesis is concerned with the preparation of a small collection of structural analogs containing the 3(2H)-furanone–γ-lactam core in order to evaluate their biological activity.
