Responsible of participants of the trial for the result of law-suit in contentious proceedings
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá sporným řízením, jeho zahájením a účastníky tohoto řízení včetně jejich povinnosti důkazní a unesení důkazního břemene. Dále poučovací povinností soudu vzhledem k účastníkům řízení a následné rozhodnutí.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the contentious proceedings, the commencement of these proceedings and the participants of their obligations, including their ability successful carry burden of proof. Further obligation to court?s duty to instruct participants during the trial and final decision.
