Cílem práce je komparace sociálního zabezpečení a systému důchodů v České republice a Polsku. Ke zpracování diplomové práce jsou využita data z veřejně dostupných zdrojů a databází. V úvodní části diplomové práce jsou analyzovány systémy sociálního zabezpečení v obou vybraných zemích se zaměřením na důchodovou politiku obou států. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is a comparison of social security arrangements and pension schemes in the Czech Republic and Poland. Publicly available resources and databases are used for data processing in this thesis.
