Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou Bezpečnostního managmentu České republiky, tedy bezpečnostním systémem po organizační stránce. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis základních pojmů z oblasti Bezpečnosti a ochrany obyvatelstva, managementu a právní úpravy.
