Abstract:

BERÁNEK, Jan. Analýza využívání vybraných aktuálních trendů v hotelnictví. [Bakalářská práce] Vysoká škola hotelová v Praze 8, spol. s r.o. Praha 2019, 44 s. Cílem bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat, jaké trendy jsou využívány v oblasti hotelnictví z pohledu hotelových hostů. První část práce obsahuje vysvětlení základních pojmů a souvislých informací k oboru hotelnictví. Jedná se o pojmy: hotelnictví, hotel, trend, sdílená ekonomika, marketing. Analytická část se zabývá využíváním hotelových trendů z pohledu zákazníků. Analýza bude provedena ve dvou rozdílných hotelech, z nichž jeden spadá pod řetězec hotelové skupiny a druhý se nachází ve Středočeském kraji a cílí na rozdílný segment zákazníků. Cílem analýzy bude zjistit, jaké aktuální trendy jsou nejvíce hosty využívány a v případě, že je hotel nenabízí, o které by hosté jevili největší zájem. Pomocí této analýzy budou výsledky z hotelů komparovány a na základě získaných informací budou vypracována návrhová doporučení autora. Návrhová část je poslední částí bakalářské práce, kde se autor pokusí vypracovat doporučení pro sledované hotely na základě získaných informací z analytického výzkumu.

Prague 2019, 44 pp. The aim of this thesis is to analyze what trends are used in the hotel industry from the perspective of hotel guests. The first part of the thesis contains an explanation of basic concepts and continuous information about the hotel industry. These terms are: hotel industry, hotel, trend, shared economy, marketing. The analytical part deals with the usage of hotel trends from the perspective of customers. The analysis will be carried out in two different hotels, one of which is in the hotel group chain and the other in Central Bohemia and targeting a different customer segment. The aim of the analysis will be to find out what current trends are most used by the guests and if the hotel does not offer them, what trends the guests would be most interested. Using this analysis, the results from the hotels will be compared and the design recommendations of the author will be drawn up based on the information obtained. The suggestion part is the last part of the bachelor thesis, where the author tries to elaborate recommendations for the monitored hotels based on the obtained information from analytical research.
