Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá analýzou kosterních pozůstatků pomocí metod molekulové spektrometrie. Jednotlivé vzorky kostí pochází z různých archeologických kontextů. Teoretická část se zaměřuje především na popis chemických změn kostního minerálu hydroxyapatitu. Příčinami těchto změn může být jednak vlhkost a pH okolního prostředí, tak působení mikroorganismů. This thesis deals with analyse skeletal remains using methods of molecular spectroscopy. The individual bone samples are collected from different archaeological context. Theoretical part focuses mainly on characterization of chemical changes of bone mineral hydroxyapatite.
