Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem využití reminiscenční terapie v domově pro seniory se zvláštním režimem. Práce je zaměřena na reminiscenční terapii u seniorů trpící demencí. V úvodu práce je charakterizována novodobá péče o seniory s demencí, je zde definována demence u seniorů, sociální služba domov se zvláštním režimem a také nové trendy při práci se seniory s demencí. Práce se dále věnuje pracovníkům zabývajících se reminiscenční terapií, jejímu využití v domově se zvláštním režimem, dále také zdroji této terapie a v neposlední řadě zhodnocení účinnosti u seniorů, kteří mají demenci. Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza reminiscenční terapie a její účinnosti v domově pro seniory se zvláštním režimem.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of reminiscence therapy in home for the elderly people with special regime. The thesis is focused on the reminiscence therapy by elderly people suffering from dementia. In the introduction is modern care for the elderly with dementia characterized and next the dementia by elderly people, the social service, the home with special regime and also new trends in work with seniors suffering from dementia is been defined. This work also follows up social workers involved in reminiscence therapy, it use in the home with special regime as well as the resources of this therapy and finally evaluates the efficiency by seniors, who suffer from dementia. The aim of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of reminiscence therapy and its efectiveness in the home for elderly people with special regime.
