Financial project as part of a new business plan
Abstract:
V diplomové práci je vytvořen finanční plán k projektu nově vznikající kavárny U Kukačky na základě analýzy trhu kavárenské činnosti v obci Rudná u Prahy a přilehlém okolí. Práce je vypracována za pomocí metod marketingové analýzy, finanční analýz, komparace s konkurencí v okolí a SWOT analýzy. Finanční plán kavárny U Kukačky je prověřen SWOT analýzou.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis creates a financial plan for the project of the newly emerging cafe U Kukačky based on an analysis of the cafe market in the village of Rudná near Prague and the surrounding area. The work is developer using the methods of marketing analysis, financial analysis, comparison with competitors in the area and SWOT analysis.
