Preventing juvenile crime involving the purposeful use of leisure time.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat problematiku využití volného času dětí a mládeže z pohledu prevence kriminality, zmapovat systém volnočasových aktivit pro tuto cílovou skupinu a pokusit se zpracovat projekt výzkumu, zabývající se vztahem mezi způsobem trávení volného času a prevencí kriminality. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí ? teoretické a výzkumné. V teoretické části práce se zabývám způsobem trávení volného času dětí a jeho významu pro prevenci kriminality. V první kapitole charakterizuji klíčové pojmy, zabývám se volnočasovými aktivitami a mapováním těchto aktivit ve městě Ostrava. Druhá kapitola se věnuje rodině, jako jednomu ze základních činitelů výchovy dětí. Sociálně-patologické jevy jsou popsány ve třetí kapitole, konkrétně pak návykové látky. Poslední kapitola z teoretické části je zaměřena na prevenci kriminality v České republice a následně v Ostravě. Výzkumnou část zpracovávám jako projekt výzkumu, jehož cílem je prozkoumat význam způsobu trávení volného času dětí a mládeže pro prevenci kriminality.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the issue of use leisure time of children and youth from the perspective of crime prevention, to map the system of leisure activities for this target group and attept to process the project research, dealing with the relationship between the way of leisure time and crime prevention. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts ?theoretical and research. The theoretical part of the work deals with way of leisure time of children and its importance for the prevention of crime. In the firt chapter I characterize keywords, I devote the leisure activities and mapping of these activities in the city of Ostrava. The second chapter is devoted to the family, as one of the fundamental factors of custody of children. Socio-pathologial phenomena are described in the third chapter, specifically addictive substance. The last chapter of the theoretical part is focused od crime prevention in the Czech republic and then in Ostrava. The research part I am processing as a research project, which aim is to examine importace of the leisure time of children and youth for crime prevention.
