Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je tvorba podnikatelského plánu, který je nedílnou součástí žádosti do ESIF pro rozvoj existující podnikatelské aktivity v oblasti sociálního podnikání. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou shrnuty poznatky o sociálním podnikání a tvorbě podnikatelského plánu pro sociální podnik, dále je čtenář seznámen s programovým obdobím 2014-2020 a Operačním programem Zaměstnanost. Praktická část se věnuje podnikatelskému a finančnímu plánu podniku Fér Café, které se řídí instrukcemi výzvy č. 03_16_067. Podnik Fér Café je sociální kavárnou, která má za cíl zaměstnávání osob znevýhodněných na trhu práce, konkrétně zdravotně postižených osob I. – III. stupně po-stižení. Podnik zaměstnáváním těchto osob přispěje nejen ke zvýšení zaměstnanosti v místě realizace, ale i k naplňování strategie „Evropa 2020“.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is the creation of a business plan which is an integral part of the application to ESIF of the project for the development of existing entrepreneurial activity in the sphere of social entrepreneurship. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis summarizes the knowledge about social entrepreneurship and the creation of a business plan for the social enterprise, the reader is acquainted with the programming period 2014-2020 and the Operational Program Employment. The practical part is about the business and financial plan of the Fér Café, which follows the instructions of the call 03_16_067. The Fér Café is a social business (cafe) that aims to employ disadvantaged people on the labor market, specifically people who have I. - III. degree of physical disability. By em-ploying these people, the project will not only contribute to growth of employment at the place of implementation but it will also contribute to achieving goals of the „Europe 2020“ strategy.
