Návrh a implementace etických kodexů v podnicích ve zvoleném odvětví

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo zhodnocení specifik etických kodexů firem v segmentu poskytování personálních služeb a vypracování doporučení pro tvorbu a implementaci etických kodexů v tomto segmentu firem. Dále dílčím cílem je revidovat etický kodex a navrhnout jeho implementaci pro vybranou firmu v tomto odvětví, která již etický kodex má. Zhodnocení specifik etických kodexů firem v segmentu poskytování služeb bylo provedeno pomocí analýzy hodnotící kritéria etických kodexů. Pro splnění dílčího cíle byla vypracována případová studie, která obsahovala metodu analýzy hodnotících kritérií etických kodexů, analýzu interních dokumentů, pozorování, dotazníkové šetření rozhovor a SWOT analýzu. Na základě těchto metod bylo vypracované doporučení pro tvorbu a implementaci etických kodexů personálních agentur. Doporučení spočívá v pravidelné revizi kodexu, komunikaci finální verze, vypracování grafického designu, možnosti zveřejnění kodexu, seznámení zaměstnanců, klientů a jiných zúčastněných stran společnosti s kodexem a jeho následná další revize a aktualizace. Další doporučení se týkají tvorby a implementace etického kodexu pro segment personálních agentur, přičemž je vždy třeba přihlédnout k individuálním specifikům dané společnosti. Limity výzkumu spočívají v tom, že z důvodu rozsahu práce nebylo možnost zahrnout do případové studie více firem a rovněž analyzovat rozsáhlejší vzorek etických kodexů v segmentu personálních agentur.

Abstract:

The objective of the diploma thesis to evaluate the specifics of ethics codes of companies in the segment of furnishing personnel services and to formulate recommendations for creation and implementation od ethics codes in this segment of companies. Hereafter, the partial goal is to revise the ethics code and propose its implementation for a selected company inthis sector, which already has a ethics code. The evaluation of the specifics od the ethics code of companies in the segment of furnishing service provision was performed by analyzing the evaluation criteria of the ethics codes. To fulfill the partial objective was prepared case study, which included a method of analysis of evaluation criteria of ethics code, analysis of internal documents, observations, questionnnaire interviews and SWOT analysis. Based od these methods, recommendations were developer for the creation and implementation of ethics cod efor recruitment agencies. The recommendation takes place in the regular revision of the code, communication of the final version, elaboration of the graphic design, possibilities of publishing the code, acquaintence of employees, clients and other stakeholders of the company withs its code and its subsequent further revision and updating. Other reommendations concern, for example, the creation and implementation of a ethics cod efor the personal agency segment, always taking into account the individual specific of the company. The limitation of the research are that dua to the scope of the work, it was not possible to include more companies in the case study and also to analyze a larger sample of ethocs code in the segment of personal agencies.
