Hlavnou témou bakalárskej práce je teoretické rozpracovanie ohodnocovacieho procesu podniku z hľadiska legislatívy. Prvá časť pojednáva o znalectve, histórii znaleckej činnosti, právnych aspektoch, znaleckých úkonoch ako aj o právnom postavení znalca.
