Tato práce se zabývá systémy otroctví ve Spojených státech amerických a Jihoafrické republice, jejich vznikem, historií, různými faktory, které ovlivnily tvář tamějšího otroctví, a v neposlední řadě způsobem, jakým byla tato instituce ukončena v obou zemích. This thesis deals with the slave systems in the United States of America and Republic of South Africa, the beginnings the systems, their history, various factors which shaped the face of slavery and last but not least how slavery had ended in these countries.
