Healing rehabilitation of the Czech Republic Army members

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou léčebně preventivních rehabilitací v Armádě České republiky. Prvním cílem bakalářské práce bylo charakterizovat současný systém léčebně preventivní rehabilitace fyzických a psychických sil příslušníků Armády České republiky jako zákonem zaručenou formu prevence a rozebrat, v jakém rozsahu a struktuře jsou preventivní rehabilitace v AČR poskytovány. Druhým cílem práce bylo na základě výsledků vlastního výzkumu názorů vojáků na preventivní rehabilitace formulovat doporučení pro úpravu stávajícího systému. Vlastním dotazníkovým šetřením u příslušníků mechanizované brigády bylo zjištěno, že profesionální vojáci považují preventivní rehabilitace za důležitý prostředek regenerace fyzických a psychických sil a že jsou s jejich současným modelem převážně spokojeni. Profesionální vojáci preferují preventivní rehabilitace s tělovýchovným programem a preventivní rehabilitace s nadstandardním programem. Typ preventivní rehabilitace vybírají podle těchto faktorů: lokalita, úroveň vybavení, rozsah a kvalita poskytovaných služeb, program, termín a doporučení kolegů. Závěrečná doporučení jsou formulována k úpravě délky preventivní rehabilitace, zjednodušení agendy jejího výběru a námětu na vypracování zvláštního preventivně rehabilitačního programu pro vojákyně.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis dealt with the issue of curative and preventive rehabilitation in the Army of the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis was to characterize the current system of medical and preventive rehabilitation of physical and mental strength of the Czech Army as a form of prevention guaranteed by law, to analyze to what extent and the structure of preventive rehabilitation in the ACR provided and based on the results of their own research of the opinions of soldiers on preventive rehabilitation to formulate recommendations for modification of the existing system. Own questionnaire survey of members of the mechanized brigade found that professional soldiers consider preventive rehabilitation as an important means of regenerating physical and mental forces and that they are mostly satisfied with their current model. Professional soldiers prefer preventive rehabilitation with a physical education program and preventive rehabilitation with a superior program. They choose the type of preventive rehabilitation according to the following factors: location, level of equipment, scope and quality of provided services, program, date and recommendations of colleagues. The final recommendations are formulated to regulate the length of preventive rehabilitation, to simplify the agenda of its selection and to propose a special preventive rehabilitation program for female soldiers.
