Dynamická simulace logistických procesů v expedičním centru dílů ve Škoda Auto a.s.

Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na logistické procesy v expedičním centru dílů ve společnosti Škoda Auto. Zmíněné procesy jsou analyzovány pomocí dynamické simulace a na základě výsledků jsou odhalena úzká místa. Poslední dvě kapitoly obsahují návrhy na zlepšení těchto procesů a jejich zhodnocení.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on logistic processes in the parts expedition center at Škoda Auto company. The mentioned processes are analysed using dynamic simulation and the bottlenecks are revealed based on the results. The last two chapters contain suggestions for improvement of these processes and their evaluation.
