Diplomová práce se zabývá sledováním změn ve stavbě telomer po navození celogenomové hypomethylace. Pro tyto účely byla vybrána chemikálie S-9-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl) adenin (DHPA), která funguje jako kompetitivní reversibilní inhibitor hydrolázy S-adenosyl-L-homocysteinu. Abstract:
The presented diploma thesis deals with the monitoring of changes in the structure of telomeres after the whole-genomic hypomethylation. For this purpose S-9-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)adenine was chosen, which works as a reversible competitive inhibitor of S-adenosyl-L-homocystein hydrolase.
