Hlavním úkolem práce je odpovědět na otázku: Jaké aspekty působí na úsilí OBSE při její snaze o demokratizaci zemí bývalého SSSR. Pro účel této studie byly vybrány tři země - Bělorusko, Ázerbájdžán a Kazachstán. Ve všech těchto státech působí mise OBSE. Abstract:
The aim of the work is to find an answer on the question: What are the aspects which affect the OSCE effort about democratization of the former USSR states. I chose three states – Belarus, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan for that purpose. There are OSCE field missions in all these states.
