Microbiome stability in the rumen of the ruminants is the key condition for proper digestion and processing of received nourishment. Food in the rumen is mechanically and chemically digested. Abstract:
Stabilita mikrobiómu v bachore prežúvavcov je kľúčovou podmienkou pre správne trávenie a spracovávanie prijatej potravy. Potrava v bachore je trávená mechanicky a chemicky. Behom trávenia majú významnejšiu úlohu chemické enzýmy, produkované mikroorganizmami. Mikrobióm tvoria najmä baktérie, ale aj nálevníky, archaea, anaeróbne huby a v menšej miere aj bakteriofágy.
