Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na komercializaci výsledků vědy a výzkumu formou akademických spin-off podniků. Teoretická část vysvětluje český kontext této formy komercializace, který je nezbytný pro pochopení tématiky a definuje předpoklady pro ukotvení spin-off v ČR. Analytická část se skládá ze tří kroků. První krok je analyzování programu GAMA, který pomáhá výzkumným organizacím k vlastní samostatnosti při transferu technologií. Druhý krok navazuje dvěma dotazníkovými šetřeními a jako respondenty volí účastníky analyzovaného programu z předchozí části. Třetí krok ověřuje získané poznatky expertním rozhovorem. Na tomto základě je provedena syntéza zjištěných výsledků a stanovení identifikace bariér vedoucích k nezakládání spin-off podniků v ČR. Jsou navržena doporučení pro 3 úrovně aktérů.

Abstract:

This Diploma thesis is focused on the commercialization of the results of science and research for academic spin-off companies. The theoretical part explains the Czech context of this form of commercialization, which is necessary for understanding of the topic and defines the prerequisites for spin-off integration in the Czech Republic. The analytical part consists of three steps. The first step is focused on analysing the GAMA program, which helps research organizations to become independent in technology transfer. The second step is followed by two ques-tionnaire surveys. Respondents of these surveys has been also participants of the GAMA program. The third step verifies the acquired knowledge through an expert interview. On this basis the synthesis has been realised and the results has been identified. It determined obstacles which cause non-establishing of the spin-off enterprises in the Czech republic. Recommendations are proposed for 3 levels of actors.
