This thesis deals with the crisis which occured in France during the 80's of the 20th century. It describes the causes of the crisis and the political and economic situation in France in the 80's. Tato práce se zabývá krizí, která nastala ve Francii v 80. letech 20. století. Popisuje příčiny krize a politickou a ekonomickou situaci ve Francii v 80. letech. Zejména se soustřeďuje na prezidentské volby v roce 1981 a reformy jako znárodňování a decentralizace. Také pojednává o novince v politickém životě - kohabitaci.
