Legal Aspects of the EU Economic and Financial Crisis

Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na rozbor právních aspektů jednotlivých institutů vznikajících v Evropské unii v důsledku finanční a hospodářské krize. Nejprve čtenáři poskytuje, skrze nástin historického vývoje evropské integrace, důležitý vhled do konstrukce a fungování Unie a poté již přechází k jádru zkoumaného problému. Rozebírá jednotlivé stabilizační a záchranné nástroje a popisuje jejich funkci, právní základ a také jejich soulad s primárním právem Evropské unie. Práce začíná u těch, které byly přijaty ještě před vypuknutím krize, a dostává se k těm, které vznikly v jejím důsledku.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the legal aspects of various institutes arising in European Union due to the financial and economic crisis. First, the work provides an important insight into the structure and functioning of the Union through an outline of the historical development of European integration, and then it goes to the heart of the problem. It analyzes various stabilizing and rescuing tools and describes their functions, legal basis, and their compliance with the primary law of the European Union. The work starts with those that were adopted before the crisis, and gets to those incurred as a result there of.
