Status of the accused and defense counsel in criminal proceedings
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis covers the overview of criminal proceedings theory with focus on the status of the accused and defense counsel. The first chapter concentrate on the theory of criminal proceedings. The next two chapters characterize the accused and defense counsel in more detail. The last chapter is devoted to the preparations of the accused and defense counsel for the main proceeding.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca prináša prehľad teórie trestného konania so zameraním na postavenie obvineného a obhajcu v trestnom konaní. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teóriu trestného práva. Druhé dve charakterizujú obvineného a obhajcu v trestnom konaní. Posledná kapitola je venovaná samotnej príprave obvineného a obhajcu na hlavné pojednávanie.
