Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá popisem zdravotních a mikrobiologických aspektů balených vod. Pozornost je věnována chemickým kontaminantům, jako je arsen, dusitany a dusičnany, fluoridy a cizorodé organické látky. Z mikrobiologických aspektů jsou popsány hygienicky významné bakterie. Abstract:
The theoretical part of this bachelor’s thesis deals with the main health and microbial aspects of bottled water. Specifically with arsenic, nitrates and nitrites, fluorides, and organic contaminants. Bacteria that are indicators of poor hygiene are also described. One chapter is dedicated to microplastics.
