Tato diplomová práce se zaobírá možným návrhem implementace systému Kanban ve společnosti Škoda Transportation. This diploma thesis with a possible proposal for the implementation of the Kanban system in Škoda Transportation. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current situation based on the author's own observations and a subsequent interview with the supply chain director.
