Seznámit se s principy vývoje informačních systémů. Vzájemně porovnat jednotlivé modely životních cyklů softwarových produktů, zaměřit se zejména na fázi analýzy, návrhu a implementace. Popsat a zhodnotit přístupy k ICT podpoře školících procesů v současných firmách.
