Rozhodčí smlouva jako základ řešení sporů

Arbitration Agreement - the Bases for the Disputes Settlement
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozhodčím řízením, jeho podstatou a výčtem kladných a záporných vlastností tohoto institutu. Plynule pak pokračuje k základu rozhodčího řízení - k rozhodčí smlouvě. Součástí je popis rozhodčí smlouvy a náležitosti, které jsou potřebné k platné rozhodčí smlouvě. Závěrem práce jsou pak vybrané rozhodčí doložky, které jsou dále podrobeny analýze.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with arbitration, the essence of a list of positive and negative features of this institute. Fluent continues to base arbitration - the arbitration agreement. Includes a description of the arbitration agreement, the requirements that are necessary to a valid arbitration agreement. Finally, work is then selected arbitration clauses, which are further analyzed.
