Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku růstu podniku prostřednictvím fúzí, akvizic a prvotní veřejné nabídky akcií (Initial Public Offering – IPO). This work focuses on issues of business growth through mergers, acquisitions and initial public offerings (IPOs).
