Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku růstu podniku prostřednictvím fúzí, akvizic a prvotní veřejné nabídky akcií (Initial Public Offering – IPO). Hlavním cílem této práce je ukázat fúze, akvizice a IPO jako možné varianty podporující růst podniku a to v závislosti na fázi jeho životního cyklu a navrhnout doporučení, která transakce je pro danou fázi vhodná a z jakého důvodu. This work focuses on issues of business growth through mergers, acquisitions and initial public offerings (IPOs).
