Sales Representatives Education in Financial Institutions during Their Adaptation Time

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem vzdělávání zaměstnanců v počátcích spolupráce v nové organizaci. V této práci se zaměříme na firemní vzdělávání obecně, formy a metody vzdělávání se zaměřením na vzdělávání nových obchodních zástupců ve finanční instituci. Obsahem teoretické části je firemní vzdělávání, jeho důležitost a implementace vzdělávacího procesu na obchodní zástupce. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na adaptaci v pozici obchodního zástupce, která je stěžejní pro správné nastartování kariéry v této oblasti a mnohdy rozhoduje o tom, zda pracovník bude na této pozici úspěšný či nikoliv. Empirická část je zaměřena na případ konkrétní pojišťovny v oblasti vzdělávání obchodních zá-stupců po nástupu ke společnosti. Výsledkem je porovnání dvou adaptačních procesů a jejich vlivu na produktivitu obchodních zástupců v prodeji životního pojištění a porovná-ní přínosů jednotlivých tréninkových metod.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the education of employees at the beginning of cooperation in the new organization. In this work we specialize in business education in general, forms and methods of education with a focus on training new sales representatives in a financial institution. The theoretical part of the thesis pursues training in the company, its importance and implementation of the educational process for sales representatives. Accent is emphasized on adapting in the position of sales representative, which is crucial for a proper start of a career in this area and often decides whether the employee will be successful in this position or not. The empirical part focuses on education of sales representatives in concrete insurance company after their boarding to the company. The result is a comparison of two adaptation processes and their impact on the productivity of sales representatives in life insurance selling and compare the benefits of various training methods.
