Předmětem bakalářské práce je posouzení vybraných procesů ve sledované společnosti a možnosti jejich outsourcingu nebo insourcingu. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem outsourcing včetně důvodů, které vedou podniky k jeho zavedení, dále jsou popsány výhody a nevýhody, které toto zavedení provázejí. The subject of the thesis is assessment of selected processes and possibilities of outsourcing or insourcing.
