Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem řízení kvality dle norem ISO ve středním podniku, který nabízí své produkty v elektrotechnickém oboru. V úvodní části diplomové práce je formulována terminologie kvality, včetně manažerský přístupů, nástrojů a metod.
