Abstract:

Cílem mé práce je poznat, co omezuje přítomnost znaků učící se organizace ve firmě Investment, popsat a zhodnotit charakteristiky učící se organizace, upozornit na silné a hlavně na slabé stránky firmy,příčiny a faktory omezující přítomnst znaků z hlediskaučící se organizace i možnosti jejich odstranění.Metodologie se zakládá na kombinované strategii kvantitativní s důrazem na kvalitativní. V empirické části jsem vyhodnotila znaky učící se organizace a upozornila na ty,které se vyskytují v menší míře.jedná se o možnsti riskování a kreativity a rozstříštěnou vizi.Zjistila jsem čtyři slabé stránky: percipované nedostatky odměňování, omezenost participativního přístupu,absence podporujících struktur a vnímané deficity inter-organizačního učení.Pátrala jsem i po jejich příčinách. Velká slabina je u omezenosti participativního přístupu, že používají strategii bottom-up v menší míře.Mezi bariéry (faktory)bránícími zavedení učící se organizace patří celkem tři "jsem tím, co dělám", "Za to můžou oni" a a částečně percepce "mýtu manažerského týmu". Společnost je jednou z mála, u které se splnil archetyp "Kdo umí, umí". Zaměstnanci mluví o spokojených klientech, kteří mezi sebou šíří její kvality, což je sebepolilující zpětnovazebná smyčka, jenž je stavebním kamenem systémového myšlení. I když jsem výše popisovala spíše negativa, je pravděpodobně společnost Investment se sedmi silnými stránkami a čtyřmi bariérami, které vyzněly v její prospěch, firma se znaky učící se organizace.

Abstract:

The aim of my thesisis to identify limits of existence of signs of the learning organization in the Investment Inc. I will try to describe and to avaluate characteristics, and to point out strong and especially weak pouints of the firm, reasons and factors limiting the pressence of the characteristics in learning organization, and possibilities of their elimination. The methodology is based on combination of quantititivestrategy with in emphasis on the qualitative one. In the empirical part I have analysed signs of a learning organization and I have identified those that are not so common; such as risking, creativityand disintegrated vision. I have detected four weak points:Insuffiency of remuneration, limits of the participant approach,a lack of suppotive structures, and the shortage of organizational learning. I was searching for other causes as well.Weak point of the limits of a participant approach is the use of the boottom-up strategy only in a limited extent.Barrier (factors)that obstruct the companyś implementation are three:" I am what I do", "It is their fault",and partially perception of "the Myth of the management team". The company was one from a few that has true archetype Success to successful. The employees talk about satisfy customers, who are spreadingits qualities, which is the feedback reinforcing loop, and a headstone of systems thinking. Eveen though I heve describe more negative points, the Investmetnt Inc., with the seven strong points and only the four weak ones, which talk in company´s favour anyway, with signs of a learning organization.
