Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací 5S na pracovišti 6052506 ve společnosti Sie-mens Automobilové systémy, s.r.o. Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. Cílem diplomové práce je změnit současný způsob organizace pracoviště s přihlédnutím k ergonomickým pravidlům a tím zamezit prostojům na pracovištích, zefektivnit organizaci pracoviště a zvýšit bezpeč-nost práce na pracovišti. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny ucelená teoretická východiska průmyslového inženýrství, zaměřená zejména na týmovou práci, vizuální management, metodiku 5S a ergonomii. V praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu imple-mentace 5S v celé společnosti, která je podkladem pro část projektovou. V projektové části je zaznamenán skutečný postup implementace programu 5S na daném pracovišti. V závěrečné části diplomové práce je zhodnocení implementace programu 5S na pracoviš-ti 6052506 a jsou doporučená opatření pro společnost Siemens Automobilové systémy, s.r.o.

Abstract:

The undergraduate thesis deals with the implementation of 5S in the Department 6052506 of the Siemems Automobile Systems plc. located in the city of Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. The objective of the work is to change the organisational methods of the department re-specting the ergonomically norms and thus leading to reduction of dull time, increasing the effectively of organisation and increase safety of personnel in the working places. The theoretical part of the work deals with the theoretical aspects of industrial engineering and stresses particularly on the aspects of teamwork, visual management, methodology of 5S and ergonomic. The practical part concentrates on the analysis of the present status of im-plementation of 5S in the whole company and forms the background for the project part of the work. The project part presents the real approaches towards the implementation of the of 5S program in the given department. Concluding part of the presented work deals with the evaluation of implementation of 5S program and puts forward recommendations for Siemens Automobile Systems plc.
