The role of a trustee in bankruptcy in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Rigorózní práce se zabývá postavením insolvenčního správce v České republice - z hlediska historického, teoretického, hospodářského i procesního. Autor též rozebírá jeho hlavní úkony v průběhu insolvenčního řízení.
Abstract:
The doctoral thesis analyses the position of the bankruptcy trustee in the Czech Republic - from the historical, theoretical, economic and procedural point of view. The author analyses his main acts during insolvency proceedings as well.
