Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Teoretická část práce popisuje legislativní rámec zaměstnaneckých benefitů, rizika a nevýhody zaměstnaneckých benefitů a jednotlivé druhy zaměstnaneckých výhod. Praktická část je z jedné části zaměřena na analýzu součastného stavu používání zaměstnaneckých benefitů pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Druhá část obsahuje návrhy na změnu …more

This thesis deals with employee benefits. Theoretical part describes the legislative framework for employee benefits, risks and disadvantages of employee benefits and variol type sof employee benefits. The practical part is from one part focused on analyzing the current state of use of employee benefits through a questionnaire survey.
