Cílem bakalářské práce je kritické zhodnocení rozšíření nepřijatelnosti kasační stížnosti, ke kterému došlo s účinností od 1. dubna 2021 na základě novelizace soudního řádu správního zákonem č. 77/2021 Sb. The aim of the bachelor thesis is a critical evaluation of the extension of the inadmissibility of the cassation complaint which has been in effect since April 1, 2021 on the basis of amendment to the Code of Administrative Procedure by Act No. 77/2021 Coll.
