Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta po transplantaci srdce. V současné době je transplantace srdce obecně přijatou léčebnou metodou jinak nezvládnutelného srdečního selhání. Tato práce je rozdělena na dvě části ? teoretickou a praktickou. The aim of this thesis is focused on the nursing care of patient after heart transplant surgery. At this time the heart transplantation is widely accepted treating method of otherwise unmanageable heart faiure. This work is divided into two main parts ? theoretical and practical.
