Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá stanovením kalprotektinu jakožto markeru autoimunitních onemocnění gastrointestinálního traktu. V teoretické části je přiblížena problematika autoimunitních onemocnění, jejich dělení a patogeneze. Dále jsou rozebrána jednotlivá onemocnění trávicího traktu. Abstract:
This work discusses about the determination of calprotectin as a marker of autoimmune diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. The theoretical part focuses on the proposed autoimmune diseases, their separation and pathogenesis. There are also analyzed the various diseases of the digestive tract. In conclusion, we describe calprotectin. In the practical part are compared different extraction methods …more
