Abstract:
The objective of this bachelor thesis was to elaborate the factors of the competitiveness and to implement them on the firm CEBESTAV, Ltd.. The thesis is divided into theoretical and application part. Individual strategic analyses, which find out the firm’s competitiveness, are described there.
